The National Allergy Council engaged with key Australian stakeholders from a range of food service sectors to develop ten free nationally standardised online food allergen management training courses. There are over 160,000 course enrolments to June 2023. Course completion rate was 74%; with a 97% pass rate. The All about Allergens resource hubs for food services and authorised officers were developed with a suite of downloadable resources to support best practice implementation, with over 15,000 site users to June 2023. Evaluation surveys show a high level of satisfaction; future work will focus evaluation and development of culturally appropriate training resources.
