Description
Addressing the public health risks associated with hoarding has costs, many of them are not financial. The cases are difficult for a range of reasons and EH professionals are just that, EH professionals, not social workers or psychologists. The offenders are not well and this has an impact on the investigation officers from the first meeting through to until the matter is finalised.
