Description

According to research, formal trading is more strictly regulated than informal trading. Although the link between cooking emissions and interior air pollution is well established, less is known about outdoor cooking effects. Sixteen indoor and outdoor vendor marketplaces underwent a human health risk evaluation for the description and identification of any associated health risks. Air samples for respirable particulate matter, sulphur dioxide, nitrogen dioxide, carbon dioxide, and carbon monoxide were taken, and the 617 vendors were then interviewed about their self-reported respiratory conditions and symptoms. The study produced a healthy vendor workplace management model that the local government might use.
