Louise is a Senior Lecturer and the Course Director for the Graduate Diploma of Environmental Health Practice at Swinburne University of Technology. Before her role at Swinburne, she has been employed in environmental health, health promotion and consultant positions with various local government authorities. Louise’s teaching and research activities span the areas of food safety, health promotion and evaluation, risk management, and the practice of environmental health. Louise has received awards for teaching excellence and industry engagement, particularly recognising her contribution to Work Integrated Learning programs in the higher education sector.
