Philip Swain LFEHA is the National President of EHA, (2019- current) Involved with EHA since the early 1990’s, he currently Chairs accreditation panels for EH courses at Universities in Australia. A Cadet Health Surveyor in the 1980’s he completed his undergraduate degree at Curtin University in 1987. He later completed a Grad Dip in Public Sector management and a Bachelor Env Design (Architecture). He worked for many years regionally and in Perth, becoming a Manager and Director. He established his own business in 2007 and continues to provide services to Local Governments throughout WA.
