After graduating from Victoria University with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Food Technology, I began my career as a laboratory technician at Goodman Fielder Flour Mills. This incorporated the analysis of all types of wheat and flour for various types of quality parameters. From here I progressed into a similar role with AWB Ltd before becoming the Wheat Quality Advisor for the Pacific, Middle East & Arica regions. In 2008 I joined Agrifood Technology as the Customer Relations Manager which entailed driving the growth of the laboratories in the food industry. In 2017 I transferred into Laboratory Operations management and before assuming the role on a national basis in 2021.
